If you're like me you spent at least 30mins trying to find the Access Point before thinking it was some kind of Glitch with the Watch Dogs Game...and specifically "The Rat's Lair" mission. Out of the whole game this was the only place I got stuck for so long. But fear not, in the following video I help you find the Access Point, when you see where it is you will laugh.
