To get unlimited coins you can use the command console. To Bring up the "Command Console" simply press the "~" key. It's generally under the ESC key. Once you do that enter:
"player.additem 000000f 100000" (no quotes, SPACE after additem and between f and 100000)
The above will give you 100,000 coins. You could just as easily make it 1 Million by adding some more zeros.
